The new location, located at 3384 Capital Circle NE, next to TGI Friday’s, is a 5400 square foot facility with 15 music studios and large dance and after school rooms.  According to School Directors, Ruth and David Mason, there was a need for an “all-in-one” school for student’s arts education.  Now parents with multiple children can take music, dance and participate in the after school program at the same time, reducing the parent’s need to drive to different locations.  It is usually possible to get 3 or even 4 different students in different lessons at the same time. 

Mason’s also has many evening and weekend class times to accommodate more students in “first choice” times.  Between the pressures of homework, sports and family time, a lot of parents can be overwhelmed trying to fit in all the activities.

Now with the added programs and additional location, parents will have the convenience they have been looking for.

"Conservatory" Atmosphere

All we do is teach. We do not sell or rent instruments. This leaves us free to specialize in one thing - providing the highest quality lessons. Our two studios provide an atmosphere unlike lessons taught at school or home.  If lessons are taught in the home, there are distractions from siblings, the phone, or television.  At the Mason’s studios, students have the chance to see and hear other instruments, participate in group ensembles and dance classes, meet other students, and participate in the recitals.  Students at Mason’s feel they are part of a larger music family.

Customized Music Lessons

Our curriculum allows the students the flexibility to custom fit their lessons to their particular needs. We offer many performance opportunities, a computer music lab, and conveniences such as school pickup and the opportunity for two or more students to have lessons at the same time, on the same instrument or different instruments. All of our instructors are hired for their knowledge of teaching music, for their ability to customize the lesson for each student, and for their positive approach to teaching. We believe a customized curriculum, a positive approach to teaching and university trained teachers, translates into a school that promotes an ideal environment for learning.
