Enrollment and Makeup Policies

I understand that lesson fees are to be paid by the due date listed on the fee sheet if I will be making monthly payments. I understand that if I am consistently late with my payment, I will be required to enroll in the ACH payment option. I understand I will be charged $25 for returned payments. I understand there is an initial commitment of two months lessons, and lessons can only be terminated at the end of the month with one month's notice. I understand that if I stop coming to lessons with no notification, then I will be responsible for paying for the current and following month. I understand that I may receive up to two makeup lessons per fall and spring terms and one makeup lesson per summer term, provided I give a 24 hour notice for each absence. I understand that if I miss a lesson without giving a 24-hour notice, I will be charged for that lesson and no makeup will be given. I understand that no credits will be given for missed lessons.

TO SECURE LESSON TIME, PLEASE INCLUDE THE $20 REGISTRATION FEE IF REGISTERING FOR A FALL OR SPRING CLASS, OR $10 IF REGISTERING FOR A SUMMER CLASS. PAYMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE FIRST MONTH IS DUE BEFORE OR AT THE FIRST LESSON.
